The Fourth Annual Sioux City Jewish Film Festival will feature two films:
Habermann will be shown Thursday, April 11th at 7 pm at Congregation Beth Shalom. Based on true events, the film dramatizes the expulsion of 3 million Germans from Czechoslovakia.
HAVA NAGILA be shown Sunday, April 14th at 2 pm at the Betty Strong Encounter Center. The Center is located on the Missouri Riverfront: exit 149 off I-29. Hava Nagila, the movie, is a documentary romp through the history, mystery and meaning of this great Jewish standard.
Both films are free and open to the public.
